This Adapter has a 44 pin PLCC socket. Just need to remove the base and plug it into the alternate base to change shortly between a PLCC44 to DIP40 or a PLCC44 to DIP44 socket. This adapter will work if your programmer has a 44 pin ZIF socket. Also, It comes with IC Extractor for clamping the chips.
